Session #5 Action Steps


Nice! You've made some great progress so far! But now is also around the time that you may be actually doing a little self-sabotage... So just in case, we're going to make sure that does not happen. 

I also asked you to look yourself in the mirror and say, "I love you" until you mean it. Didn't that feel good? To take a moment and appreciate yourself? 

On that note, here are this week's tasks and how we're going to make you a priority:


Exercise 1: Practice telling yourself, "I love you" in the mirror every day.

Exercise 2: Complete the Action Guide for Session 5 about Self-Sabotage: --> PDF or Word Doc

Exercise 3: Top 5 Most Important Priorities in My Life --> PDF or Word Doc

Exercise 4: Honoring Your Yes & No On Your Calendar --> PDF or Word Doc

Keep doing the same basic exercises you've been doing so far like drinking water every 2 hours, opting for plant-based meals (such as those that I have on my website) and stretching each meal to about 20 minutes.
