Ingredients

For the batter

- 1 (8-ounce) package dried corn husks

- 3 cups corn masa flour

- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 4 tablespoons olive oil 1 teaspoon Chile Paste

- 2¾ cups warm water


For the filling

- 2 tablespoons canola oil

- 1 small yellow onion, diced

- 2 medium serrano chile, finely diced

- 1 large clove garlic, minced

- 1 (15-ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed

- ½ cup chopped cilantro

- 1 cup water

- Salt
